Was very pleased with my treatment and the options given to me. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Magda was particularly careful in ensuring she gave me the smile I wanted, which helped me feel at ease. This was particularly important as I am usually someone who is fearful of the dentists.  The smile I left with far and away exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

It would have been helpful to have my schedule set out for me at the beginning of my stay so I could take advantage of the excersions that were advertised. Unfortunately because I didn't know what treatment was booked in advanced I was unable to make any plans. However Ewa on reception was very nice and showed me round Jelenia Gora and the surrounding towns in her spare time, which was lovely.

The appartment was lovely and clean and ideally located for the treatment I needed. The lady who bought breakfast was also lovely and left lots of wonderful food. Although, sometimes she left hard food such as crusty bread or toast which I could not eat because of the treatment I was having.

I have already recommended the clinic to friends and would definitely return should I need to.

Overall I am a very happy customer.
